The Executive Interviewer Role
This full-time (37.5 hours) onsite role involves conducting high-quality client experience interviews in English, either by telephone or Microsoft Teams, and producing clear, accurate interview transcripts to a professional standard.

Key attributes of the desired person are:
- Exceptional written and spoken business English, with the ability to produce accurate interview transcripts requiring minimal editing
- Ability to listen carefully, identify key themes and accurately document complex client feedback
- Comfortable engaging professionally with senior business leaders and experienced professionals
- Confident communicator, comfortable conducting interviews by telephone and Microsoft Teams
- Professional, empathetic and able to establish rapport quickly
- Commitment to professional standards, confidentiality and codes of conduct
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to build and maintain positive professional relationships
- Highly organised, dependable and able to manage multiple interviews and deadlines
- Ability to work effectively with colleagues to manage workloads and maintain quality standards
- Strong planning and time management skills
- Able to commute reliably to Cranfield Innovation Centre on a daily basis (<30 minutes travelling time)
- Experience in client interviewing, executive interviewing, client feedback programmes, market research, or a similar professional role (desirable)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured, commercially focused client interviews in a professional and engaging manner
- Build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders and create an environment in which candid feedback is shared
- Adhere to company specified interviewing techniques and standards
- Probe effectively to explore underlying issues without leading responses
- Produce accurate, well-structured interview transcripts to a high grammatical standard, requiring minimal revision
- Manage interviews efficiently, delivering work within agreed timescales and quality expectations
- Represent Acuigen and its clients with professionalism, discretion and integrity at all times
