The Junior IT Professional Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in IT and technology. You will gain hands-on experience across business systems, networks, websites, software, information security, compliance and AI testing, while developing your technical skills and supporting a wide range of technology projects. This role would suit a college leaver, graduate, career changer or someone with a strong personal interest in technology who is looking for a long-term career in IT.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operation of Acuigen's IT systems, networks and business applications
- Assist with configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting computers, servers and associated technology
- Provide first-line technical support to colleagues and clients
- Help administer user accounts, permissions and access controls
- Assist with software testing, validation and quality assurance activities
- Support the ongoing development and maintenance of the CustomServe platform
- Assist with website updates and content management
- Help maintain information security controls, processes and documentation
- Support IT asset management, software audits and compliance activities
- Assist with technology projects, process improvements and AI testing initiatives
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards of service, quality and security
- Contribute positively to the continuous improvement of systems, processes and business operations
