Meet The Team
Acuigen provide their services supporting clients in 40 different countries in 19 different languages across the world.
Acuigen was founded in 1993 to solve the challenge of collecting, processing and analyzing customer feedback in near-real time. Our vision is to be the center of excellence for the measurement of customer satisfaction.
Derek founded Acuigen in 1993, and is responsible for ensuring that our clients derive the maximum value from our feedback programmes. He has worked with many top 100 professional services firms and has completed many commercial and public sector client and customer feedback projects. He is a member of the Market Research Society Company Partner Advisory Board which advocates very high standards of research.
Co-founder of Acuigen, Tracy coordinates our service delivery teams to ensure they have the resource to respond to our clients’ needs, and demonstrate the flexibility that is required for successful programmes and relationships. Widely travelled across the US, where she has supported many professional service firms. She has considerable knowledge of the practical application to make client feedback programmes work. Tracy also oversees Acuigen’s quality and international ISO accreditations.
Chris has extensive experience in researching and analysing large data sets to deliver actionable insight, working with our clients to deliver research projects that support new business strategies and marketing initiatives. He works closely with the technical team to align our software capabilities with our clients’ needs. He holds an MBA, obtained whilst working at Acuigen from The Open University. Chris is happiest with a strong cup of tea on his desk.
Combining her application of research methods learned whilst studying for her degree in sociology, with experience in quality checking, Lizzie supports the Client Services team to manage client feedback programmes internally. She also co-ordinates our on-site executive interviewing teams to ensure client projects run to schedule, and ad-hoc multilingual requests are supported. Lizzie takes pride in caring for the many office plants.
Working alongside Chris to deliver client programmes, Jonathan has extensive experience in data analytics and processing. Jonathan has recently joined the company to work in the client Services team, where he will bring his experience of the interpretation of information and its usability to affect change. He is very widely travelled, with his most recent adventure taking him on the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.
Imogen has the job of bringing our creative ideas to life, producing the front end design for our software, website and collateral, as well as looking after corporate communication. With marketing experience across multiple industries including professional services and event management, Imogen applies her varied knowledge to help Acuigen convey the value of its products and services. On the weekend you will find her baking cupcakes and cookies.
Em works with our potential clients to help understand their needs and shape solutions to fit their requirements, calling upon other specialists within Acuigen to provide world class solutions. Em’s background includes working in both retail and employee engagement, which helps her to understand the motivators and achieve successful outcomes. In her spare time Em enjoys the outdoors and keeping fit!
