Chris has extensive experience in researching and analysing large data sets to deliver actionable insight, working with our clients to deliver research projects that support new business strategies and marketing initiatives. He works closely with the technical team to align our software capabilities with our clients’ needs. He holds an MBA, obtained whilst working at Acuigen from The Open University. Combining her application of research methods learned whilst studying for her degree in sociology with her experience in quality checking, Lizzie supports the Client Services team to manage client feedback programmes internally. She also co-ordinates our on-site executive interviewing teams to ensure client projects run to schedule, and ad-hoc multilingual requests are supported. Matthew has over 20 years’ experience working at Acuigen, initially working as an analyst and now as the Data Team Leader. Matthew manages a variety of client projects across many geographical regions and in many languages, and concurrently provides support to clients. Derek founded Acuigen in 1993, and is responsible for ensuring that our clients derive the maximum value from our feedback programmes. He has worked with many top 100 professional services firms and has completed many commercial and public sector client and customer feedback projects. He is a member of the Market Research Society Company Partner Advisory Board which advocates very high standards of research. Contact Derek
Co-founder of Acuigen, Tracy coordinates our service delivery teams to ensure that they have the resource to respond to our clients’ needs and demonstrate the flexibility that is required for successful programmes and relationships. Tracy has widely travelled across the US, where she has supported many professional service firms. She has a considerable knowledge of the practical application to make client feedback programmes work. Tracy also oversees Acuigen’s quality and international ISO accreditations. Contact Tracy
Andy became a non-executive director in 2010 having previously worked with the company as a consultant for many years. Andy has experience as a General Manager, Operations Director and Finance Director in the manufacturing, distribution and retail sectors, implementing best in class supply chain and manufacturing solutions, both in the UK, Europe and the US. He has also worked with a variety of venture capital backers to create value for shareholders. Contact Andy
