Derek Jones CEO

Derek is responsible for ensuring that our clients derive the maximum value from our feedback programmes. He has worked with many top 100 professional services firms and completed over 40 client feedback projects in the public sector.

As a member of the MRS Company Partner Scheme advisory board, Derek founded Acuigen in 1993.

Tracy Bartlett COO

Co-founder of Acuigen, Tracy coordinates our service delivery teams to ensure that their work is delivered to schedule.

She ensures that our teams have the resources to respond to our clients’ needs at short notice and demonstrate the flexibility that is required for successful programmes and relationships.

Tracy also oversees Acuigen’s MRS and ISO quality assurance programmes.

Chris Lang Client Services Director

Chris works with our clients to deliver research projects that support new business strategies and marketing initiatives.

He ensures that our clients are able to use the presentations, reports and our interactive real time reporting systems to improve their business performance.

Chris has extensive experience in researching and analysing large data sets to deliver actionable insight.

Keith Jones CIO

Keith leads the software development team and the database management staff.

Keith, who has worked at Acuigen for over 15 years – has a 1st class honours in computing and mathematics and is particularly skilled and experienced in data weighing methodologies.
