As part of our existing business continuity planning, we have implemented procedures to ensure continuity and to minimise disruption.
Our teams are now dispersed, working remotely with secure access to their applications, tools and information. Information Security, Data Protection and client service is our first priority.
Our staff have a virtual meeting capability to stay connected with each other and our clients, deliver on our commitments, and provide continuity and support at the time it’s most needed.
Our CustomServe technology is built on a combined agile/CMMI process model – allowing us to respond to evolving client needs. A small central team will keep IT services and infrastructure available to clients around the world.
In a changing environment, we will continue to evolve our approach to navigate the challenges ahead and provide innovative solutions for clients in a new emerging business landscape.
