Objective of Role
The role is to undertake client feedback interviews in German and English, mainly on the telephone, and provide associated supporting services to the business.
Hours of Work
The role will involve some evening and early morning work by appointment in response to business requirement. This job may include some travelling when in-person interviews are needed offsite at clients’ locations (as COVID-19 risks reduce).

Principle Duties & Responsibilities
The work involves carrying out high quality, structured and in-depth client experience review interviews (telephone and potentially virtual interviewing) in German and English in a professional, courteous manner.
This role is office based in Cranfield and does not currently support home working. The company has completed a comprehensive coronavirus risk assessment, consulted with staff, and has a regularly updated ‘Staff Action Plan’ to address risks.
