About Acuigen

We are a professional team providing customer and client feedback services to blue chips and international professional services firms. Working collaboratively with our clients, we have developed the CustomServe Insight Platform, which is provided as a ‘Software as a Service’. Based on some of Microsoft’s latest technologies and with lots of innovation, we serve international clients working in Hong Kong, Jersey, London, many parts of Europe, the US, and some parts of the Middle East. We provide services to one client in 42 countries and 19 languages.

As an accredited company with ISO 20252:2012 (research), ISO 9001:2015 (quality) and ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security), and as a member of the Market Research Society, we aim to provide the very highest of service standards to all of our clients.

Our aim is to find new clients and to retain and grow existing clients by providing first class research services and excellent customer service. We only want delighted clients.

 

Objective of Role

The role is to undertake client feedback interviews in German and English, mainly on the telephone, and provide associated supporting services to the business.

 

Hours of Work

This role is a full-time position in response to a request from a client to undertake interviews in German and English. Our office, based at Cranfield University Technology Park, is open between 08:30 to 17:30 with occasional extended opening to cater for early morning/evening calls to undertake interviews in various time zones.

 

Candidate Information & Skills

Key attributes of the desired person are:

  • High standard of written and spoken English and German

  • To be extremely accurate when completing work

  • Work methodically through lists and engage with potential respondents during interviews

  • Willingness to abide by a professional code of conduct

  • Work as part of a team

  • The ability to build good business relationships

  • Be able to manage and quality control work with colleagues

  • To have an outgoing professional attitude

  • To have good planning and time management skills

  • Empathetic and engaging
