We are a professional team providing customer and client feedback services to blue chip and international professional services firms. Working collaboratively with our clients, we have developed the CustomServe Insight Platform, which is provided as a ‘Software as a Service’. Based on some of Microsoft’s latest technologies, and with lots of innovation we serve international clients working in Hong Kong, Jersey, London, many parts of Europe, the US, and some parts of the Middle East. Objective of Role
As a Software Development Apprentice at Acuigen, you will have the enthusiasm to learn and be adaptable within the working environment. If you are looking to begin your career in IT and want to progress your skills in software development, this could be the role for you!
Assisting with the planning, development, testing and deployment of our products to agreed standards, ensuring data integrity at each step. This means you will be able to support clients by maintaining databases, maintaining and creating software, and creating reports from these databases, and overall ensuring the safe and secure storage of client data.
As part of the technical team, you will have responsibilities related to the day-to-day maintenance of the network as well as providing support on days where things may go wrong.

This is a full time role 8:30-5:30pm and includes a day at college in Milton Keynes
GCSE Maths and English Grade C/4 or above.
2 or 3 A/AS levels (or higher qualification), with an IT or a science subject included.
