ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard which is based on a number of quality management principles, including a strong customer focus, a structured and efficient process management approach and the motivation and commitment of our top management to continual improvement.
Our quality management principles
The primary focus of our quality management approach is to meet our client’s requirements and to strive to exceed their expectations. Some of the key principles of this quality management system are:
Consistent, high quality products and services
Engagement of our whole Acuigen team
Process approach to deliver consistent high quality results
Continual improvement to drive and enhance innovation
Evidence-based decision making, based on analysis of data
Our ISO 9001 scope is twofold and firstly provides a quality management process, which covers our international telephone, face to face and internet research processes. Along with this is our customer relationship management centre which provides project management, mystery shopping qualitative and quantitative multi-lingual research. This also works in-line with our customer opinion tracking studies, data modelling and design of research software.
Secondly it encompasses the design and development of multi-lingual CRM software, database and system development, interactive web questioning technology, business solutions in multi-lingual environment.
How the assessment works and why is UKAS Accreditation of ISO 9001 so important?
An annual independent, in-depth, assessment is conducted by MQA (Marketing Quality Assurance) which demonstrates our commitment to quality management.
Our ISO 9001 assessment and accreditation is endorsed by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) – the UK’s national accreditation body for the United Kingdom, appointed by the UK government, to assess organisations that provide certification. UKAS is a signatory to international accreditation agreements which provide for mutual recognition.
How this ISO relates to Client Feedback
This standard links to our ISO 20252:2012 (research) accreditation and our ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security) accreditation, and membership of the Market Research Society.
