On behalf of Business Link, Acuigen undertakes customer satisfaction telephone interviews and presents the feedback through our interactive web-based reporting system, CustomServe.

Universities

Acuigen supplies real-time student satisfaction research to universities.   We have developed a survey specifically for measuring levels of student satisfaction.

On behalf of Cranfield University, Acuigen undertakes web-based student satisfaction interviewing and then presents the feedback through our fully interactive web-based reporting system, CustomServe, to University staff and Heads of Departments.
