Derek Jones, MMRS - Managing Director Derek Jones, the founder of Acuigen, left the Royal Navy in 1991 and then completed an MBA at Cranfield School of Management during 1992. Experimenting with customer feedback in the motor trade, he quickly identified that real-time customer feedback was quicker and more actionable than dated, paper based customer satisfaction research reports used by many blue chip companies.
Tracy Bartlett – Financial Director 
Tracy joined the company in 1993 after a successful medical career. Since joining the company Tracy has worked with a variety of corporate accounts across Europe, providing both insight and practical guidance to our clients. As a quality champion Tracy has been responsible for introducing and maintaining ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 20252:2006.
Keith Jones – Chief Information Officer Having completed a first class honours degree in maths and computing at the Open University, Keith joined Acuigen in 2000. As a key figure in the company Keith has designed and developed much of the technology that has kept the company at the forefront of the research industry.
